Jovan White Musk - Guys and girls alike stop me on the street to ask what I'm wearing. I've even had guys stand next to me and inhale deeply, no kidding, lol. It's not expensive and you can get it at most drugstores/department stores.
I agree with the girls stating that it depends on your chemistry. I have several I wear and I always get asked what I'm wearing but if my friends where the same perfume it doesn't work with their chemistry. The ones I ALWAYS get asked about, even by strangers are:

Haiku by AVON! It is light, flowery, and delicate. A very feminine scent...just a light spritz lasts me all day. Most people don't know what it is because it's not twenty million dollars per bottle. It's not cheap smelling, either. I love that the most about it.
