he said its Authenticity 100% guaranteed or 100% money back i told him but nothing. The pic of chanel n5 look real but when he send it faker then fake please help its a birthday gift.i dont want to give a fake a way. and it was all most 80 dollarsBuy a perfum on ebay its fake want can i do?
You can file a negative with ebay for the transaction, if you paid via paypal you can also claim a refund from them on the grounds that the goods are dramatically not as described. You can also contact your local trading standards people and/or the police (depends where you live) who can prosecute him for infringement of copyright amongst other things.





If you didn't pay through paypal I suggest you email him telling him you intend to report it to trading standards and the police and see if this makes a good enough incentive for him to cough up your cash...either way report him, hell its karma and as the saying goes that can be a b*tch!Buy a perfum on ebay its fake want can i do?
well you can always complain to eBay its self about the person who sold the product to you tell them it was fake and they guarantied it wasn't. They also said you would get your money back and you haven't heard a thing. if this doesn't work you can all ways try to sew i don't think it would mean much but hey what do you got to lose if you do file a case bring in the ad that was previewed.
right now go shopping and find another present for your friend





refund the product and forget about it





why would you buy someone a present off ebay?
