antipersirant is to stop perspiration.
deoderant is to help eliminate the smell of sweat.
perumes and colognes are for the clothes and skin to give you that special scentWhat's the difference between a perfum, deodrant and a cologne and which is applied on the body or the clothes
Perfume is for the ladies to smell nice on their clothing... cologne is for the guys clothes and please please boys and girls both wear deodrant... nobody likes nasty pits. What's the difference between a perfum, deodrant and a cologne and which is applied on the body or the clothes
perfumes and colognes have the same use: to make something smell good. however, colognes are less concentrated than perfumes, which makes their scent lighter. this simply means that perfumes have more ';scented'; ingredients and less water than perfume, while colognes have less ';scent'; and more perfume. that's why you apply use up more cologne than perfume when you apply it on yourself since a small amount of perfume is enough to convey that pleasant scent. both can be applied on clothes or on the body.
on the other hand, deodorants aim to stop the production or mask undesirable odors and smells. for example, deodorants that are applied on the armpits stop sweat to be produced so that bacteria which are in the armpits would not get mix with the sweat, since this combination is what produces body odor.
