I spray some on around my neck and on my wrist and arms %26amp; allittle on my Clothes

There are specific points that you can spray it on, you don't have to use them all just choose a few


neck, wrists, behind your ears, stomach, behind your knees, and hair



I spray on my neck %26amp; wrists, the pulse points. I never spray on my clothes, it can stain or leave odours, even after washing.


If its a really strong scent, then i spray into the air %26amp; walk into it.
i spray it 3 times in front of me and then walk into it. when i spray it i spray it in a vertical line
i spray it on my clothes when i put them away. then i just spray it in front [NOT 'THERE'] then on my back [again not 'there'] sometimes ill spray my hair but thats just me.

and then the day before i spray some on my clothes.
